The cross-scale extensibility module (extensibility.py)

Demonstrates the cross-scale results of Section §11: that the DNA condensate capacity identity equals the fluid RCCI in d=3 (with the droplet preferred size as the minimum-residual-stress fill at the jamming point), that droplet size is selected by the Rayleigh–Plateau dispersion maximum, and that planar through-flow versus spherical closure follows from incompressible continuity. Reproduces ledger rows E1–E3.
