The marginal-substrate module (marginal_fluidity.py)

Generates the 3D bidisperse harmonic ensemble, minimizes to mechanical equilibrium (L-BFGS/FIRE), removes rattlers, assembles the Born moduli, the mismatch vectors and the Hessian analytically (finite-difference self-verified to 10⁻⁹), computes the relaxed moduli by the pinned positive-definite Cholesky route, and fits the fluidity intercept z₀ with a bootstrap confidence interval. Emits the per-configuration ledger as CSV.
