Comfort prioritisation: rank target axes by declared weights, never agents

Target axes are ranked by declared weights — burden 0.35, unmet need 0.25, counter-regulation-freedom 0.25, grounding 0.15 — never by efficacy. Reference-reset axes lead: RAAS/REN and sodium-volume, both DNA-grounded, rank first. Measured γ is carried for provenance and never folded into the score [F].

Prioritisation ports the analgesic burden-ranking module: a transparent, declared-weight ranking of target axes — never molecules, exposures, or clinical decisions. The weights are stated up front; counter-regulation-freedom is read off the proven loop (H1 free, H2 low, H3 prone-alone); and the DNA-measured master-gene γ is carried for provenance only, never folded into the numeric score.

A transparent, declared-weight ranking of axes

This page ranks the comfort-map target axes by an explicit weighted score. The weights are declared in advance — burden 0.35, unmet need 0.25, counter-regulation-freedom 0.25, grounding 0.15 — and the ranking is over target axes, never molecules, exposure schedules, or clinical decisions. The counter-regulation-freedom tier is read directly off the proven loop: H1 axes are free, the H2 buffer axis is low, and the H3 effector axis is prone when used alone. The DNA-measured master-gene γ is carried in the table for provenance and is never folded into the score.

Why the reference-reset axes lead

The two reference axes — RAAS/REN and the sodium-volume reference — lead the ranking because they combine the structurally counter-regulation-free H1 placement with DNA-grounded node identity. That is the intended reading of the comfort principle: the most comfortable direction is also the best-grounded one. The effector-unload axis ranks last on its own, consistent with HP7 — it is admissible only paired with a reference reset. The ranking is graded [F]: a forced ordering from declared weights and cited/loop tiers, with no efficacy or tolerability input.
