Organ emergence from measured γ

The kidney, liver and vasculature emerge as one transport–clearance network from measured master-gene stacking energies γ (SIX2 γ=1.5556, HHEX γ=1.525), never fitted. The shared R19 spinodal orders them in developmental time — liver before kidney — and DWELL ∝ γ^1.5 sets relative size. Grade [V]; absolute size [O].

Organ identity and order are cited from the DNA morphogenesis gene-clock (grade [V], measured γ). The functional spinodal s_spin = 2(γ/3)^1.5 gives the ON-threshold order liver→kidney; DWELL ∝ γ^1.5 sets relative sizes (kidney 1.764 vs liver 1.712).

Organs are read out from γ, not fitted

This is not a hand-tuned physiology model. Each organ is the same R19 bistable cell-fate switch whose threshold scale is set by a quantity γ measured directly from the organism's own DNA: the mean nearest-neighbour base-stacking free energy (SantaLucia 1998 thermodynamics) of the master gene's proximal promoter, read from the exact human reference sequence. The kidney master gene SIX2 (chromosome 2, NCBI NC_000002.12) gives γ=1.5556; the liver master gene HHEX (chromosome 10, NCBI NC_000010.11) gives γ=1.525. These values are read-only measurements — never fitted, never nudged to make an answer come out — and they reproduce offline bit-for-bit from a cached promoter window (TSS−2000..+500).

Organ identity and developmental order are owned by the DNA morphogenesis gene-clock (a separate VP volume, grade [V]); this volume cites them and adds the functional dynamics. The chain is fully mechanical: a measured promoter energy γ sets a switch threshold, the threshold fixes which organ appears and when, and from that emerged organ the entire downstream network — hemodynamics, renal filtration, osmoregulation, hepatic clearance, fourteen named disease states, drug pharmacokinetics, and a carcinogenesis kernel — follows without any free biological parameter.

The functional spinodal — the drive needed to switch an organ ON — is s_spin = 2(γ/3)^1.5. Because γ(SIX2) > γ(HHEX), the liver crosses threshold before the kidney, fixing developmental order as a pure γ readout rather than an assumption.

s_{spin}(\gamma)=2(\gamma/3)^{3/2},\quad DWELL\propto\gamma^{3/2}

Relative size, not absolute

DWELL ∝ γ^1.5 sets relative organ size (kidney 1.764, liver 1.712 in dwell units). Order and direction are forced [F]; the absolute magnitude needs one external growth-duration constant and is logged honestly as [O] in the irreproducibility ledger rather than fitted.
