Reproducibility Grades and Open Items

Every claim on this site carries one grade: [F] forced by the substrate, [V] reproduced and checked, [L] anchored to a cited value, [O] open with a stated obstacle. The engine is deterministic (two-run identical sha256), and writing was gated on a green five-target stress battery. The open items are the absolute cancer-risk magnitude and absolute organ size.

Grades: [F] forced, [V] verified, [L] calibrated, [O] open (obstacle stated). Determinism is enforced by a two-run identical-sha256 check (current hash 25900a90079a…); the open items carry explicit obstacles.

Grades used on this site

Every claim carries one grade. [F] forced means it is forced by the substrate with no freedom; [V] verified means reproduced and checked numerically; [L] calibrated means anchored to a cited literature value; [O] open means not yet reproducible, and every [O] states its obstacle.

grademeaningexample on this site
[F] forcedforced by the R19 substrateRR(0)=1; no-threshold slope √γ
[V] verifiedreproduced and checkedshared oscillator; RSA lock; Cheyne–Stokes 2× delay
[L] calibratedanchored to cited valuesresting HR; baroreflex gain/latency; HF-HRV band
[O] opennot yet reproducible (obstacle stated)absolute cancer relative-risk magnitude; absolute organ size

Determinism

The engine is deterministic: a two-run check produces identical sha256, and the current circulation hash begins 25900a90079acef5…. The site cannot be written until the stress battery is green and research is signed off; that gate produced this site.

Open items (C3 ledger)

open itemobstacle
absolute cancer relative-risk magnitudenoise temperature (scale) and dose-to-bias conversion need external population-hazard calibration
absolute organ sizeDWELL fixes relative size only; absolute magnitude needs external calibration

Reproduce

Run python repro/run_all.py to emerge the organs, confirm the oscillators, pass the five-target stress battery, and print the oncology curve and gate status. The per-section reproduction scripts live in the GitHub repository under the matching slug.
